A trust company in Quincy claimed a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “777″ instant ticket game, the state’s lottery commission announced Thursday.

Trustee David Spillane, of Happy New Year Trust, chose to get the prize in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission.

The winning ticket was bought at Bud’s Liquor & Convenience at 532 North Quincy St. in Brockton, the commission said. The store got a $10,000 bonus for its sale of the winning ticket.

As of Friday, all nine $1 million prizes in this $10 instant ticket game have been claimed, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery. The last of four $4 million prizes in the game is still unclaimed.

The largest lottery prize won in Massachusetts so far this year was a $15 million prize claimed Thursday. The largest prize claimed in 2024 was $1 million for life.

Overall, there were more than 600 winning lottery tickets worth at least $600 claimed or sold in Massachusetts on Thursday, including seven in Springfield and 20 in Worcester.

The Massachusetts State Lottery releases a full list of all the winning tickets each day. The list only includes winning tickets worth more than $600.
