The National Lottery has issued an urgent appeal to Lotto players after a lucky punter bagged a life-changing seven-figure prize in Monday's Daily Million draw.
The Lotto winner became Ireland's newest millionaire after scooping the top prize of €1 million in yesterday's 2pm draw after matching all six numbers plus the bonus number.
The winning numbers in Monday's (April 14) 2pm Daily Million draw were: 2, 10, 12, 23, 34, 37 and the bonus was 8.
The National Lottery has confirmed that the life-changing jackpot was won by an online player in Co Wicklow. A notification and an email has been sent to the Daily Million jackpot winner, with players urged to check their accounts to see if they have won the incredible prize.
The Wicklow winner is advised to make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prize in Lottery Headquarters.
The online player now has 90 days to claim their prize from Lotto chiefs, before they turn the winnings over to promote the National Lottery which in turn will increase the funds raised for Good Causes.
Darragh O’Dwyer, National Lottery spokesperson, said: “What a phenomenal win! Just like slipping on the green jacket after a Masters victory, our Wicklow winner is joining an exclusive club of National Lottery millionaires!
"It has been an incredible year for the National Lottery with 10 millionaires being made so far this year!"
Meanwhile, Tuesday night's EuroMillions jackpot is set to roll to an estimated €40 million.
Players dreaming of becoming the National Lottery’s 11th Millionaire of 2025, and Ireland’s first EuroMillions Jackpot winner of 2025, are being reminded that tickets for tonight's EuroMillions draw can be purchased in-store, through the National Lottery app or at http://www.lottery.ie ahead of the 7.30pm cut-off time for sales this evening.
