The Powerball jackpot for Monday’s lottery drawing has jumped to an estimated $139 million, with a cash option of $63.8 million.
The winning numbers were: 4, 33, 45, 46 and 51. The Powerball drawn was 25 with a Power Play of 3x.
No one across the country hit Saturday’s $129 million jackpot. A second-prize, $1 million ticket was sold in Nebraska.
In New Jersey, no one won more than $100 with a single ticket.
Saturday’s winning numbers were: 7, 25, 37, 39 and 63. The Powerball drawn was 1 with a Power Play of 3x.
In addition, no one won the secondary $10 million Double Play jackpot.
Those winning numbers were: 2, 3, 21, 55 and 63. The Powerball drawn was 12.
The odds of hitting the Powerball jackpot are more than 292 million to 1. A player who buys a $2 ticket has about a 1 in 11,688,053 chance to match five numbers but not the Powerball and win a second-prize of at least $1 million.
The odds of winning a third prize of at least $50,000 are 913,129 to 1.
Powerball drawings are held each Monday, Wednesday and Saturday in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Tuesday’s Mega Millions jackpot is worth an estimated $50 million with a cash option of $22.4 million.
